Getting Crushed When 100bbs Goes In

Ok the last 2 months, 2 graphs. One is 'amount won or lost > 95bbs', the other is 'amount won or lost less than 95bb'

My conclusion? I have a 'deafult of winning poker' style of poker in terms of the small pots. Like, if nothing exciting happens in terms of shoving 100bbs into a pot then I win money.

Lately though (spot the $11k ds on the first graph) I have been getting absolutely annihilated whenever 100bbs goes in. In my final session today, I had 6 such instances, all were losing ones.

http://weaktight.com/2842123 - bluff with 44% equity
http://weaktight.com/2842124 - set over set never folding
http://weaktight.com/2842129 - some would call this thin but WE
http://weaktight.com/2842127 - only definitely terrible one when Nic walked in and I was distracted and by this point tilted

So I think 5/6 above I couldn't do anything. However this rot has set in for a while, and it's clear I need to pay much more attention to these biggest decisions of all. Of course the fact I check shove a lot has something to do with it, but I think I basically need to re-balance slightly in some spots and watch how light the money is going in for value.

I'm about to play a session. I am going to pay particular attention to the times I'm committing all my money, and try to pull back from the brink early if villain is particularly nitty or something. I'm spaz talking really, but I'm getting destroyed right now in these spots and it's happened too often as of late to be reasonless.
