Well I won $2.2k that session after the rant. Video of it with me voiceover is above..... I recommend the watch, I mean obviously I ran good but tons of spots that I talk about a lot came up (such as 3bet pots, checking the flop etc) and I was in a relatively articulate mood......

This made my day. Just had to go and do some stuff that was really boring and a big let-down, and I come home thinking I want to play and then I get this vid - whoop whoop!

I just watched the vid through again. I'm obviously distracted by talking in some spots and make some ridiulous autopilot folds while I'm concentrating on other hands, so if you're wondering why I fold the NFD in a limped pot 5 way to a minbet, etc, then that is why people please don't assume I'm that nitty
Mainly because the things I'm trying to work on are the things you do well, and I don't know many other people playing the same stakes. Also the hair.
Old Jude's vids are worth watching if you haven't already, similar (but better and FTP too) style as me basically
